Primary settlement network for cross-border transactions. XRP holdings serve as bridge currency and collateral for secured lending positions. 3-5 second settlement finality.

Stablecoin Issuance & Settlement

Secondary settlement network optimized for stablecoin issuance and fiat-anchored token distribution. Low-cost, high-throughput transactions for retail settlement.

Multi-Chain

USDC / USDT

Reserve & Operating Capital

Stablecoin reserves denominated in Circle USDC and Tether USDT. Used for operational settlements, client disbursements, and reserve backing for MOG-issued stablecoins.

MOG-Backed Stablecoin Reserves

The firm is developing a suite of asset-backed stablecoins issued on XRPL and Stellar networks. Each stablecoin is fully collateralized by tangible assets held in the MOG portfolio:

Custody & Security

All digital assets are held under institutional custody arrangements with multi-signature authorization requirements, hardware security modules, and comprehensive insurance coverage. Physical assets (real estate, precious metals) are held through registered SPVs, insured vaults, and verified title structures.
